1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using prelol ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of the App

prelol is an AI-powered League of Legends analysis companion. The App retrieves publicly available League of Legends data through the Riot Games API and uses AI to generate match analysis, performance summaries, and patch insights.

The App is a personal analysis and information tool. It is not a live coaching system, a real-time gameplay overlay, or a tool that provides unfair in-game advantages.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian review these Terms before using the App.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must sign in using Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. League of Legends Data

5.1 Riot ID

To use analysis features, you provide a Riot ID (game name and tag line). This identifier is publicly searchable in League of Legends and is used solely to retrieve your public game data through the Riot Games API.

5.2 Public Data Only

All game data retrieved by the App (match history, champion stats, ranked data, live game information) is publicly accessible data. The App does not access your Riot account, password, private settings, or any non-public information.

5.3 Riot API Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the Riot Games API terms of service. You agree not to use the App in any way that violates those terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

Analysis results in the App are generated by an AI system (Anthropic's Claude). You acknowledge and agree that:

7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

7.1 Free Tier

The App is free to download and use. Free users can access core features including player profiles, match history, patch notes, and limited AI analyses per day. Banner and rewarded video ads are shown to free users.

7.2 Premium Subscription

A premium subscription is available that removes all advertising, removes daily analysis limits, and provides unlimited access to all AI analysis features.

7.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

7.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

7.5 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or use a new device, you can restore your subscription using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.

7.6 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

8. Advertising

Free users will see banner ads and may be offered rewarded video ads. Rewarded ads are always opt-in — you choose to watch an ad in exchange for unlocking a specific analysis. The App will never force you to watch an ad mid-flow.

Ads are served by Google AdMob. By using the App as a free user, you acknowledge that third-party ad content will be displayed.

10.1 App Content

All App code, design, branding, and non-Riot content is the intellectual property of Fatih Demir. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without written permission.

10.2 Riot Games Content

League of Legends, champion names, artwork, and related assets are the intellectual property of Riot Games, Inc. These are used in the App under the Riot Games API Terms of Service. prelol is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games.

10.3 AI Output

AI-generated analysis text produced by the App is provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce or distribute AI-generated outputs for commercial purposes.

11. Riot Games Disclaimer

prelol is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Riot Games, Inc.

"League of Legends," "Riot Games," and all related names, logos, and content are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Use of these names in the App is solely to describe compatibility with League of Legends and is made under the Riot Games API Terms of Service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FATIH DEMIR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services including Riot Games API, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Adapty, and Anthropic. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Upon termination, you lose access to premium features (if applicable), but sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations survive termination.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
